The newl built vacation villa is located in Pomer, in a quiet location. The beach and the sea are 1000 meters away. You can use a private swimming pool, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. There is a possibility to park two cars. The outside part of the yard and the pool is covered by video surveillance.

The holiday villa covers 150m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with access to the terrace where there is a sun deck with a private pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You have at your disposal a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave oven, an oven, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. On the ground floor there is a separate bathroom with lavender, toilet and washing machine. In the living room there is a large sofa, television and air conditioning. One bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and lavender. In two bedrooms there is also a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 1 person. One bedroom has access to a balcony with a partial view of the sea. There is a table with two chairs on the balcony.
