This modern apartment is situated in the newly constructed apartment complex, close to the sea. The nearest beach is 300m away and the tourist center 500m away. Sandy beach Bijeca is only a few minutes away by car.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. With its 60 m² size, it offers one double bedrooms and one room with two single beds, an air conditioned living room with a sofa bed, kitchen,one bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a big balcony overlooking the sea with a swimming pool and grill. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes an electric stovetop with an oven, fridge with a freezer, filter coffee machine, water heater, dishes and cutlery. There are swimming pool that guests can use. A swimming pool is available to  guests of the another 3 apartments of the buliding. Pets are not allowed. Bed sheets, towels, parking space, Wi-fi and TV/SAT are included in price.

 NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be paid and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
