Apartment  is located on the first floor of the second building in a newly built settlement. From the balcony with a direct view of the sea, you have a view of the swimming pool. The balcony is covered and you have outdoor furniture to use.

This accommodation is categorized as 4 * for 4 people. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. The center of the apartment is a beautiful living room with an open, modern kitchen and dining room. A large glass wall provides a lot of natural light and a fantastic view of the sea. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as a bed for 2 people.The kitchen is fully equipped. You can use a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, and oven. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning  and satellite TV.
