The house resides in a quiet part of Medulin, hardly any traffic and no busy roads around it while being steps away from Medulin's main square where you can find postoffice, restaurants, a bakery, caffees, police office, church and art gallery.

The nearest sand city beaches are 700 m away. The nearest big city Pula is 10 km away.

The house is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor and has an American refrigerator with freezer, stove, professional oven, kettle, coffee maker. On the ground floor there is also a small toilet with a sink and a toilet bowl. On this floor you have the opportunity to go out into a private yard where there is garden furniture and big barbecue.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with double beds and an anteroom where there is leather furniture. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer and ironing board and iron. On the second floor in the attic there is a second bedroom also with a double bed. If you need to take a break on the second floor there is a sofa for extra 2 persons.
